Argyros estate, 1903 von Georgios Argyros gegr\u00fcndet, lag in einem 5 Hektar gro\u00dfen Weinberg in Episkopi Gonia Thiras (Santorini) . Georgios Argyros stellte seine Weine nach der traditionellen santorinischen Weise her und verkaufte sie vor allem auf dem lokalen Markt.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 1950 erweiterte Matth\u00e4us Argyros den Familienweinberg auf 15 Hektar. Aber derjenige, der das Weingut signifikant \u00e4nderte ist Yiannis Argyros, der das Weingut seit 1974 f\u00fchrt.
