We are really pleasured to announce the 3 days Competition-.Training with the best Coach for Sommeliers in the World Sören Polonius.
He was the Coach of 2 winners of the ASI World Sommelier Championships (Andreas Larsson 2010 & Arvid Rosengren 2016) and a few European Champions. He’s also holder of the title of best Swedish Sommelier and Sommelier of the year and an example to lots of Nordic (and far beyond) Sommeliers.
Sörens Assistant will be nobody else than Carole Stein Rohrmoser (Vice President of the Austrian Sommelier Union, Sommelier Coach of the Best Sommelier of Austria and Winner of the Competition Concours Européen des Ambassadeurs du Champagne” 2016)

The total Fee will be:

There will be a Shuttle Service from the Airport Munich and Innsbruck and Train Station 6020 Innsbruck and 6500 Landeck. (The Shuttle Service is included in the Course Fee, for the Shuttle Service please use the contact deatails)

Sake Certified Course
(Authorized only students who attended the Intro Course before)
Day one of Certified Course
On the first day, we cover the basics including:
• The history of Sake
• Sake production
• Sake terminology and classifications
• Sake tasting by category
Day two of Certified Course
On the second day, we consider the wider aspects of the Sake industry including:
• Maturity, temperature and aromatic profiles
• Understanding Sake labels
• Sake tasting by type
• How to introduce Sake to customers
• Professional issues: purchasing, storage and Sake vessels
• Umami and its relationship to Sake
• Food ans Sake Pairing
Day three of Certified Course:
Examination 9 am - 1pm

The course will take place in the "Orangerie Stift Stams", Stiftshof 7, A-6422 Stams.
